Incredible experience once again with Universal Remodeling Remodeling & Design  after their work with my kitchen, we hired them again to fully remodel two bathrooms including changing the bath/shower combo from one restroom to the other and replacing it with a walk in shower. The price was competitive, work was high quality, and communication was excellent.

Leo and the team were great. They redid my bathroom and everything came out perfect. So thankful the job was done fast and the team kept everything clean.

There are a lot of contractors who talk fast and sell harder. Zion with Universal Remodeling & Design was the opposite, which is why they stood out.  We had a tricky flooring issue with about three and a half inches of drop in some areas and met with a few general contractors who mostly complained about how hard it would be. Zion actually took the time to understand the problem instead of trying to upsell us.  He showed up about 15 minutes early, reviewed the situation, asked the right questions and set clear expectations for what realistically needed to happen.  We got a clear, no pressure quote and an honest game plan. Easy to work with and someone I'd absolutely work with again. There is a reason they have 5 star review on Yelp and Google.

I wasn't looking forward to the our pool and cabana construction process because I had heard a lot of horror stories. I was very happy to have found Leon and Tom from Universal Remodeling & Design . The entire process with them from planning to finish was really smooth, efficient and problem free. The pool and cabana was completed on time for a very competitive price. They did an awesome job and I recommend them to anyone looking to build a new pool.

We hired Universal Remodeling & Design Inc to renovate my Bathroom . Leo did a great job and he's  partner, my wife build the design, the results are phenomenal! Universal Remodeling & Design did my kitchen renovation in my Simi Valley condo and they did a great job. Leon was my project manager and he was always available to answer any questions or deal with any problems that popped up. Living in a condo always makes doing renovations or repairs difficult (and I have had other work done by other contractors that did cause problems), but Universal Remodeling & Design was great in making it smooth and complaint-free even from my neighbors. The other BIG deal was that they actually finished 2 weeks early, and no one has ever had that experience in LA. From the beginning, they did what they promised to do and all the work promised was done by their excellent workmen, who went out of their way to be helpful and respectful of my neighbors. The hardest part of a home renovation is putting your trust and money in a contractor you have just met. Most of us don't have ties into the industry and have to take a leap of faith. I can honestly say we could not be any more pleased than we were with Universal Remodeling & Design . We worked with Leon who was there with us every step of the way. He kept the project moving and always had an open ear for any changes in design that we would throw at him. Communication was excellent. Ben was reachable almost anytime, and timelines and expected work flow schedules were always relayed to us, so we had a good sense of what was going to happen next.
